  1. Right to Return or Exchange Without Reason
    The consumer is entitled to return or exchange the product within a 14-day period from the purchase date, without needing to specify any reasons. This right stands as long as the product remains in its original, unused condition.

  2. Return or Exchange Due to Defects or Non-Conformity
    Should the product exhibit any defects or fail to meet the agreed specifications, the consumer has the right to return or exchange it within 30 days. In such instances, Newborn is obligated to either replace the product or accept its return and issue a full refund for the paid amount.

Procedure for Returning or Exchanging Products:

  • Condition of Returned Parts: The returned parts must be in their original, unused condition, matching the state in which they were received.
  • Shipping Costs: If the return is facilitated through a representative and no deposit has been made, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. However, in the case of a defective item that is the sole piece in the order, Newborn will bear the shipping costs. If other intact parts are included in the return, Newborn will not cover the shipping costs for those parts but will cover the cost of sending the replacement item.
  • Notification Process: To initiate the return process, please contact us via WhatsApp. We will confirm the request with you before dispatching a courier to the address registered with your order.

Return Process Overview:

  • Courier Collection: Upon collection of the item by the courier, it will undergo a comprehensive inspection to ensure it is in its original condition. The shipping and inspection process typically spans 5-7 business days.
  • Inspection and Verification: Once the inspection is completed and the conditions are verified, the customer will be contacted to process the refund using the same payment method as the original purchase. Please be advised that the refund will be issued within a maximum of 7 business days from the date the returned item is received.

Returns Policy for Premium and Value Customers:

  • Branch Returns: Returns or exchanges cannot be processed through our branches and must be handled solely through our representative.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds are not offered. Instead, a purchase voucher for the refund amount will be issued, which can only be used for re-ordering via the internet.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs in cases where the products are not defective or incorrect.
  • Return Procedure: The return process involves sending our representative to collect the items. Upon arrival, we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. Once verified, the order value will be refunded to the customer.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds for the order amount will be processed by Value/Premium Company within 14 days of the returned items reaching us.
  • Defective or Incorrect Products: In cases of defective or incorrect products, Newborn Company will bear the shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned item, a purchase voucher will be sent to facilitate a new order or the resending of the same item, if available.

Exceptions to Our Return and Exchange Policy:

To ensure the safety of Newborn customers, the following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Ironed, washed, damaged, or non-original condition products, as well as shoes without their original packaging.
  • Products from which the price tag or brand label has been removed.
  • Underwear, beachwear, capes, scarves, watches, accessories, wallets, perfumes, and tassels.
  • Returns made more than 14 days after the delivery date will not be accepted.

Returns During Promotions: If a return is made for an entire order during a promotion, the paid amount will be refunded without any shipping costs. Should the customer wish to make a new purchase, it will be subject to the current promotional offers.
